DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY A DIRECTOR OF A MAJOR SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY

In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, notification is hereby
given that a director of a major subsidiary of the company, has disposed of securities held in the Company.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of securities will be utilised to settle taxes that have arisen as a
result of the vesting of conditional shares awarded in terms of the Transaction Capital Share Plan (“CSPs”).

All disposals of Transaction Capital securities were executed on market by a broker, with prior clearance,
