     NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
            RESPONSIBILITIES (“PDMR”) AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED (“PCA”) WITH THEM

The Company was notified on 20 June 2024 that Ross Paterson, Independent Non-Executive Director, bought
6,429 ordinary shares in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at an aggregated price of 572.02p per share and
Emma Paterson, a person closely associated with Ross Paterson, bought 1,922 Ordinary Shares at a price of
569.30p per share. Following these transactions, Ross Paterson holds an interest of 8,351 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.003% of the issued share capital.

The notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market
Abuse Regulation.
