Awards of nil-cost options over 5p ordinary shares in the Company, that were made
on 22 March 2022 under the Hammerson plc Deferred Bonus Share Scheme, vested
on 22 March 2024 and were subsequently exercised by the following PDMR on 13
September 2024. A portion of these shares was then sold to cover their tax and
national insurance liability in respect of the share awards, with the remaining 98,977
shares retained by the PDMR.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market
