In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and pursuant
to the details outlined in the circular to Sasfin Shareholders published on 1 November 2024, the
Company hereby discloses the following disposal of securities by Unitas Enterprises Limited
(“Unitas”), an associate of directors, to Wipfin Investments Proprietary Limited, a major shareholder
of Sasfin (“Wipfin”):
