Item 8.01.Other Events

 

The Board of Directors of Macys, Inc. (“Macy’s”) took action on February 25, 2022 to schedule the annual meeting of the Macy’s stockholders on May 20, 2022.  The Board also took action to set the record date for stockholders to vote at such meeting to be March 24, 2022.
