We are writing in order to comply with section 2, Chapter I, Title XII of the CNV Rules (2013 revised version).
 
In light of the resolution adopted by the Board of Directors of LOMA NEGRA C.I.A.S.A. (the “Company”) at its meeting held on July 1st, 2022, the Company took a bank loan with Eurobanco Bank Ltd., pursuant to the conditions listed below.
 
Bank: Eurobanco Bank Ltd.
Amount: Up to USD 80,000,000.
Term: 90 days extendable to 180 days.
Interest Rate: variable based on SOFR.
