In response to the request for additional information made by the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange on the matter included in the reference, we inform that the economic result of the sale of the equity interest of Loma Negra C.I.A.S.A. in Yguazú Cementos S.A. amounts to approximately ARS 4,010 million, subject to reviews and updates. The final amount will be timely informed with the completion and publication of the financial statements as of September 30, 2020.
