On February 22, 2021, Tal Darmon, Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Laureate Education, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of his intention to resign from his position with the Company, effective March 19, 2021, to pursue another opportunity outside the Company.
