On May 4, 2022, Danelle M. Barrett, notified the Chairman of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of KVH Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) of her decision to resign from her position as a member of the Company's Board for personal reasons, effective May 20, 2022. Ms. Barrett did not advise the Company of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
