Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 21, 2022, Marcus Jewell, Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer of the Company, provided notice of his intent to resign from the Company in order to pursue another career opportunity. Mr. Jewell will stay on with the Company through May 31, 2022 to assist with an orderly transition, and Derrell James, Executive Vice President, Customer Experience, has assumed the role on an interim basis until a permanent successor has been named.
