Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On December 3, 2020, Juniper Networks, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has commenced a cash tender offer for any and all of its outstanding 4.500% Senior Notes due 2024 and any and all of its outstanding 4.350% Senior Notes due 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
