Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 26, 2022, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that General Dynamics Mission Systems and the Registrant have been awarded a $324 million contract to establish the ground operations and integration segment for Tranche 1 of the Space Development Agency’s National Defense Space Architecture (NDSA). The Registrant expects to receive $133 million in revenue through Iridium Satellite LLC, its principal operating subsidiary, under the contract over its seven-year term.
