On May 26, 2021, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time, Iridium Communications Inc. will host a virtual Investor Day. The virtual Investor Day will include presentations by the Company’s senior management team. The Company issued a press release on May 6, 2021 related to the virtual Investor Day. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
The webcast, which includes a slide presentation, will be available on the Events section of the Company’s Investor Relations website at investor.iridium.com/events. A replay of the webcast will also be available at the same location on the Company’s Investor Relations website approximately twenty-four hours following the presentation.
