Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On June 29, 2021, Hamilton Beach Brands Holding Company (the "Company") was informed by Gregory E. Salyers, Senior Vice President, Global Operations of the Company’s principal subsidiary, Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc., that Mr. Salyers plans to retire from employment with the Company at the end of 2021. Mr. Salyers leads the Company’s operations and engineering departments. Mr. Salyers will assist with the succession process and help ensure a smooth transition.
