On February 21, 2022, Napoleon B. Rutledge, Jr., notified Genuine Parts Company (the “Company”), of his intention to resign as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, effective as of February 21, 2022, in order to pursue a new opportunity. Mr. Rutledge’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company regarding its operations, policies or practices.
