The Company was unable to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the period ended February 28, 2021 on a timely basis without unreasonable effort or expense because the Company is unable to finish preparing its financial statements for the periods to be included in the annual report by the prescribed filing deadline of June 30, 2021 as a result of delays in the completion of the audit for the financial statements as of and for the year ended February 28, 2021. The Company anticipates that it will file the Form 20-F no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
