On October 27, 2022, Etsy, Inc. (“Etsy”) announced that Michael Fisher will step down from his role as Etsy's Chief Technology Officer, effective December 31, 2022. Rachana Kumar, currently Etsy’s Vice President of Engineering, will assume the role of Chief Technology Officer effective January 1, 2023. Mr. Fisher has agreed to continue in an advisory capacity through April 2023.
