I. | The Company's Board of Directors was informed of the result of the independent internal investigation work, conducted by the “Special Committee”, created in December 2019, to investigate alleged irregularities originating between 2015 and 2018, which involved its subsidiary Copel Telecomunicações S.A., and defined the matter's accordance with what was recorded in the minutes of the Collegiate meeting and in the supporting documentation, which are under the Company's exclusive custody, among them, the elaboration of a remediation, repair plan and the continuity of collaboration with the authorities, and the closure of the activities of the “Special Committee”. |
