On April 13, 2022, Ebix, Inc. (“Ebix”) issued a press release regarding the announcement by the Supreme Court of Delaware on April 11, 2022 affirming the motion to dismiss granted on August 30, 2021 by Vice Chancellor Joseph R. Slights of the Delaware Chancery Court of the suit filed by Yatra Online, Inc. in June 2020.
