Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 23, 2021, Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (the “Company”) disclosed that Janice E. Stipp, a Director, informed the Company that she intends to retire from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company effective when the Company announces her successor. Ms. Stipp’s retirement became effective on June 30, 2021.
