Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 11, 2020, Harold Bevis, President and CEO, and Christopher Bohnert, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc., met virtually with potential investors as part of one on one meetings during the Barrington NDR Conference and used the presentation attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to discuss, among other topics, the Company’s financial affairs and ability to drive value for shareholders.
