On September 23, 2021, salesforce.com, inc. (the “Company”), in connection with the Company’s September 23, 2021 Investor Day event, issued a press release regarding revenue guidance for fiscal year 2022 and fiscal year 2023 and non-GAAP operating margin guidance for fiscal 2023. A copy of the press release is included with this Form 8-K for convenience and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
