Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 25, 2022, Caribou Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it will share initial clinical data from its ANTLER Phase 1 trial of CB-010 at the upcoming European Hematology Association (EHA) 2022 Hybrid Congress being held in Vienna, Austria, June 9-12, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and also is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
