ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On December 18, 2020, Centene Corporation (the "Company" or "Centene") issued a press release announcing its 2021 financial guidance and updating its 2020 financial guidance. The full text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
The Company will host a virtual investor meeting today using a hybrid presentation approach, which will include the use of pre-recorded management presentations with live question-and-answer sessions. The event will begin promptly at 8:30 AM (Eastern Time).
