Item 7.01

Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 29, 2022, a special purpose, wholly owned subsidiary (the “Borrower”) of Claros Mortgage Trust, Inc., entered into a credit agreement (the “Credit Agreement”), as borrower, with Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, BofA Securities, Inc. as sole book runner and sole lead arranger, and the lenders from time to time party thereto. The Credit Agreement provides for a secured revolving credit facility with aggregate secured borrowing capacity of up to $150.0 million. The Borrower may request additional commitments from lenders under the credit facility to increase the aggregate commitments to up to $500.0 million. The Credit Agreement has an initial maturity of June 29, 2025. All borrowings under the facility will be secured by certain commercial real estate loan assets and have a maximum duration of six months.
