Other Events.

On November 10, 2022, Commercial Metals Company issued a press release announcing the early results for its previously announced cash tender offer to purchase up to $130 million in aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 4.875% Senior Notes due 2023. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
