Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On April 28, 2022, The Clorox Company issued a press release announcing it entered into a 47 megawatt (MW) virtual power purchase agreement with Enel Green Power North America to purchase renewable electricity beginning in 2023. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
