Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On August 13, 2021, Britta B. Bomhard, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of her decision to resign from the Company, effective December 31, 2021, to relocate to Germany for family reasons.  She will continue in her current role until September 30, 2021 and remain in a transitional capacity until December 31, 2021. The Company expects to name a successor by the end of the year.
