Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosures.
On June 22, 2022, Century Aluminum Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will temporarily idle its aluminum smelter in Hawesville, Kentucky. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
