BANCOLOMBIA S.A. SUBMITS 2022 ANNUAL REPORT AND QUARTERLY REPORT FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2023

Explanatory Note

Bancolombia S.A. (“Bancolombia”) hereby announces that it has published its annual report for the year ended December 31, 2022 (the “Annual Report”). On May 15^th of 2023, Bancolombia furnished on Form 6-K a press release presenting financial information for the quarter ended March 31, 2023 (the “Press Release”). Beginning in 2023, Bancolombia S.A is also required to file with the Superintendency of Finance of Colombia (SFC) quarterly reports, including in quarterly reports a description of material changes relative to the information provided in its most recent annual report.
