On May 19, 2023, Barry J. Alperin notified Jefferies Financial Group Inc. (the “Company”) that he plans to retire from the Board of Directors of the Company effective as of May 31, 2023. The Company is grateful to Mr. Alperin for his distinguished service on, and the value he has added to, our Board of Directors.
