PRESIDING: MARCEL MARTINS MALCZEWSKI, Chair; and VICTÓRIA BARALDI MENDES BATISTA, Secretary. 4. MATTERS DISCUSSED AND RESOLUTIONS PASSED:

The Board of Directors:

I.analyzed information and discussed the matter related to the Company’s financial standing and budget execution;
II.analyzed information on the economic-financial outlook of Copel Distribuição S.A. and discussed the matters presented;
III.analyzed information and discussed the matter related to the Company’s Investor Relations strategy;
IV.analyzed and discussed the preliminary information related to the 2022 20-F Form;
V.analyzed and discussed information on the Risk Factors for the 2022 20-F Form, and presented its recommendations;
VI.unanimously approved the review proposal for the Performance-Based Award - PPD 2023 and received a report on the results of PPD 2022;
VII.received a report from the Corporation Transformation Committee and discussed the matters presented;
VIII.unanimously approved the contracting of Financial Institutions to obtain consent from Copel’s debt creditors;
IX.analyzed and discussed information on Copel’s Corporate Venture Capital - CVC and the Copel Volt 2 program;
X.received a report from the Statutory Audit Committee and discussed the matters presented;
XI.received a report from the Investment and Innovation Committee and discussed the matters presented;
XII.received a report from the Chief Executive Officer on several corporate topics and discussed the matters presented; and
XIII.held an Executive Session.
