Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 11 and July 13th Marc Savas, Robert Jordan, Colleen DiClaudio and Brock Pierce resigned from the board of directors and their respective committee roles of SRAX. There were no disagreements between Marc Savas, Robert Jordan, Colleen DiClaudio and Brock Pierce and the Company. Their departure is not related to the operations, policies or practices of the Company, or any issues regarding accounting policies or practices. Brock Pierce will transition to the Advisory Board. Christopher Miglino shall remain as the Chariman of the Board and shall assume the Governance, Compensation and Audit Committee chairman roles.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 17, 2023, the Company released a press release in regard to the creation of an advisory board for the company. The advisory board will be comprised of 4 large sahreholders of the company stock.
