Item 5.07.

Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On Thursday, June 8, 2023, Impinj, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2023 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) at 9:00 a.m., Pacific Time. At the Annual Meeting, 22,064,916 shares of the Company’s common stock, or approximately 82.75% of the 26,663,222 shares of common stock entitled to vote, were present in person or by proxy and voted on the following four proposals, each of which is described in more detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 26, 2023.

Proposal 1. Election of Directors

The stockholders elected as directors the seven individuals listed below to serve until the Company’s 2024 annual meeting of stockholders, or until their successors are duly elected and qualified. The voting results were as follows:
