Holders of Class A common stock at the close of business on April 28, 2023 (the “Record Date”) were entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders held June 27, 2023 (the "Annual Meeting"). A total of 842,540,126 shares of Class A common stock, constituting a quorum, were present or represented by proxy at the Annual Meeting.
