Explanatory Note
This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Vertiv Holdings Co, (the “Company”) on June 22, 2023 (the “Original Report”). This amendment is being filed solely for the purpose of correcting a clerical error with respect to the address of the Company’s principal executive offices on the Cover Page. This Amendment contains only the Cover Page to this Form 8-K/A, this Explanatory Note and the Signature Page. Except for the foregoing, this amendment does not modify or update any disclosure contained in the Original Report or its exhibits and should be read in conjunction with the Original Report and its exhibits.
