On July 31, 2023, Paycom Software, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.375 per share of Company common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 11, 2023, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 28, 2023.

 

A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
