On July 3, 2023, American Financial Group, Inc. (“AFG”) issued a press release announcing the completion of the acquisition by a wholly-owned subsidiary of AFG of all of the outstanding shares of capital stock of Crop Risk Services, Inc. from American International Group, Inc. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
