Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On July 12, 2023, Bain Capital Specialty Finance, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it will (i) release its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 after the close of the financial market and (ii) host a call on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
