On February 13, 2024, InMode Ltd. (the “Company”) announced that it will hold its Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company on Monday, April 1, 2024, beginning at 17:00, Israel time, at the offices of the Company located at Tavor Building, Sha’ar Yokneam Industrial Park, Yokneam, Israel. A copy of the proxy statement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
