Introductory Note
Mark Babcock will step down as Chief Revenue Officer of Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd. (the “Company”) effective January 10, 2024 and will remain with the Company in a transitional capacity through March 2, 2024. The Company plans to appoint Vikas Desai, Senior Vice President, Sales Americas, as interim Chief Revenue Officer whilst it undertakes a search process for a new executive leader for its commercial function.
