On February 12, 2024, Star Bulk Carriers Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its unaudited financial and operating results for the fourth quarter and the twelve months ended December 31, 2023. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
