VNET Announces Change in Leadership Team

 

BEIJING, February 23, 2024 —VNET Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: VNET) (“VNET” or the “Company”), a leading carrier- and cloud-neutral internet data center services provider in China, today announced that Mr. Tim Chen has tendered his resignation as the Chief Strategy Officer of VNET Group, Inc. (the "Company") due to personal reasons, effective February 29, 2024.

 

Mr. Josh Sheng Chen, Founder and Co-Chairperson of VNET, commented, “On behalf of the Company, we would like to express our sincere thanks to Tim for his great contributions to our achievements during his tenure. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”
