Pursuant to the terms of Article 73 of Law No. 26,831, please be advised that the report of the Audit Committee is available to shareholders at the registered office of YPF S.A. (the “Company”), located at Macacha Güemes 515 in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, in which it has issued its opinion relating to the agreement for the provision of steam generation services and available capacity power to YPF S.A., under the self-generating model, and natural gas supply to YPF Energía Eléctrica S.A., for La Plata Cogeneración 1 power plant, concluding that the terms and conditions thereof are in accordance with normal and usual market standards for agreements entered into for similar transactions between independent parties.
