Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

Today, Walmart Inc. (“Walmart”) issued a statement with respect to the jury verdict in the liability phase of a single, two county trial in the multidistrict litigation in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio involving opioids. A copy of the Corporate Statement issued by Walmart is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
