Notice of Record Date

Article 60 of the Articles of Incorporation of Woori Financial Group Inc. (“Woori Financial Group”) designates June 30 of each year to be the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to the distribution of interim dividends by Woori Financial Group. Accordingly, if the board of directors of Woori Financial Group (the “Board”) approves a payout of interim dividends for 2022, the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive such dividends shall be June 30, 2022.

As of the date of this notice, the Board has not determined whether any interim dividends will be paid for 2022. If the Board determines that interim dividends will be paid for 2022, such information will be disclosed separately.
