On October 19, 2020, The Wendy’s Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Kevin Vasconi as the Company’s Chief Information Officer, effective today. Mr. Vasconi will report to Todd Penegor, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, and will serve on the Company’s Senior Leadership Team.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
