Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 8, 2022, Sarai C. Luksch, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Energy Fuels Inc. (the "Company"), submitted her formal resignation from her positions as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of the Company, which is effective June 21, 2022.
