On December 8, 2020, Union Pacific Corporation (the Company) named Craig V. Richardson, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Richardson has served as Interim Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel of the Company since August 28, 2020 and prior to that as Vice President of Commercial and Regulatory Law. The Company issued a press release regarding the appointment of Mr. Richardson which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
