Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 7, 2022, Mr. Andrew Burke, Executive Vice President of Terreno Realty Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company that he had accepted a new employment opportunity. Mr. Burke’s last day as an officer and employee of the Company will be April 15, 2022.
